Account manager Megan Stelter has worked in a variety of roles during her years at Trilix, including communications specialist, social media manager and digital communications manager, ensuring she is well-versed in the wide range of services Trilix provides when working with new and existing clients.
What is your professional background?
After graduating from Iowa State University, I joined the Trilix team and held multiple titles during my tenure, including communications specialist, social media manager and digital communications manager. After a few years’ departure, I returned to Trilix as an account manager to support our clients — some familiar to me and some new.
What is your favorite aspect about the job?
The relationship-building. I enjoy networking, meeting new people and finding common ground with others. I love getting to know people, understanding how they thrive/like to work, establishing trust and then building the relationship, whether that’s with a client or co-worker. I’m a people person, and I like being able to solve problems for a living.
If you could do any other kind of work, what would it be?
I would own my own home organization business. I love being neat and orderly (most of the time) and would love to help others do the same for their homes.
