Carnitas and freshly squeezed lime margaritas? Yes, please. The Trilix interactive department took to the kitchen Friday afternoon to craft the ultimate Mexican feast in honor of Cinco de Mayo. This is the fourth year the interactive team has hosted the event to celebrate the Mexican army’s victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla.
This year’s celebration was a fiesta to be reckoned with. Trilix employees enjoyed an almuerzo of burritos, tacos, margaritas, chips, guacamole and queso, and a lovely afternoon of piñatas and merriment. And for dessert? None other than flan cake baked with care by Trilix VP of Technology Yancy de Lathouder.
