Lucky Bracket Racket Participant Takes Home the iPod Nano

URBANDALE, Iowa – April 10, 2008 – March Madness may be over, but the 2008 Trilix Marketing Group Bracket Racket Champion is still celebrating his victory.

Kris Enos of Des Moines was holding his breath Monday night as the Jayhawks tied the game in the final seconds. He had participated in several brackets and picked different results for each. “I just figured it was time for Kansas to win,” says Enos. “My other pools didn’t do so well.”

Trilix Marketing Group has been hosting the Bracket Racket for three years now and this year more than 150 fans participated. Although 26 participants picked a perfect final four, and 30 picked Kansas to cut down the nets, only two people were tied for the top score.

Trilix would like to congratulate Enos who, by way of a tie breaker, takes home the iPod® Nano and the crown of 2008 Bracket Racket Champion. “I listen to a lot of sports broadcasts,” he says. “I’ll likely be downloading a lot of sports podcasts in the near future.” The tie breaker was determined by whoever had the closest total points in the championship game.

Enos is a student at Des Moines Area Community College working towards a degree in Management Information Services. He works at the Ankeny Hy-Vee and lives in Des Moines with his wife and one-year old son.
