Trilix Marketing Group Hires Three and Promotes Two
URBANDALE, Iowa – January 30, 2008 – There are some changes being made at Trilix Marketing Group, which is celebrating its 4th Anniversary. Trilix was formed in 2004 when DirectAdvantage, Inc., a direct marketing firm founded and owned by Ron Maahs and Todd Senne, acquired Thomas C. Porter & Associates. Three new employees have recently been added to the mix and two employees have been promoted.
“This is an exciting transition for us,” said Todd Senne, President, Trilix Marketing Group. “We started out with 10 employees and have doubled over the last four years!”
Those recently joining the Trilix Team are:
Kelly Amenson, Project Manager
Kelly Amenson has recently joined Trilix Marketing Group as project manager where she will be working with clients such as World Pork Expo, Russell Construction, The Johnny & Romie Orr Center for Healthy Aging & Memory Loss, and many others. Kelly previously worked for Iowa League of Cities as a communications coordinator where she did graphic design, writing and managed the exhibit hall at the League’s annual conference. Prior to that, she was an events coordinator and manager of new business development for Iowa Realty. A graduate of Iowa State University, Kelly majored in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis in public relations.
Angel Modtland, Graphic Designer
Angel joined Trilix as a graphic designer last year. With her, she brings experience working with clients at The Meyocks Group as well as the Women’s Center at Iowa State, where she majored in graphic design. Angel’s talented eye for great design has already produced outstanding print pieces for American Republic, EMC Insurance, American Marketing Association and Planned Parenthood.
Peter Rincker, Web Developer
Peter joined Trilix in mid-November as a web developer. He was previously a student at the University of Illinois where he majored in computer science. Peter works with the rest of the Web team and has played a major roll in the Super Poll and Novus Web sites.
Promotions include:
Melanie Braden, Project Manager
Melanie Braden, former production manager, has been promoted to project manager. For the last year, Melanie has worked closely with the creative team, prioritizing and assigning projects, proofreading, working with third party vendors and providing estimates for clients. She will now be working closely with Darcy Swon, account executive, with clients such as Novus International, Arenus, Delta Dental of Iowa and many more.
Stefanie Schweisberger, Interactive Coordinator
Stefanie Schweisberger has also been promoted from marketing assistant to interactive coordinator. Stefanie has worked with Trilix for the last year at the front desk as the first person to meet clients visiting the office. When she wasn’t busy with off-the-wall tasks, Stefanie helped with billing and media buying. Now, as a full-time member of the interactive team, Stefanie will be spending her days making sure all interactive projects are done on time and assisting with Web development and formatting e-Newsletters.
