As an account executive, Darcy Swon provides hands-on strategic and tactical services aimed at growing her clients’ businesses. Darcy’s strengths are rooted in event management, dealer programs, consumer insight and Internet-based marketing. Her clients represent a variety of industries including insurance, agriculture, home building, legal, and economic development.
Darcy’s background includes consumer insight research, dealer program development, corporate event management, trade show management, development of online educational programs, customer service, and corporate communications.
Prior to joining Trilix, she was the direct to consumer sales manager for Electrolux Home Care Products where she worked on floor care brands including Eureka, Electrolux, Sanitaire and Beam Central Vacuum Systems. Darcy’s primary responsibility was after-market sales and customer retention programs which included management of customer service, development of brand Web sites and DTC marketing programs. Darcy also served as Electrolux’s North American team leader on the Global Internet Development Team and was responsible for the successful launch of over 12 different Web sites. In addition, Darcy headed up consumer insight research teams to aid in development of marketing strategies and programs.
Darcy attended both Grand View College and Iowa State University.
